TAKE ME TO THE TRAINS

South Australian Railways narrow gauge "T" class 211 at Wilson on the Quorn-Hawker line in 1965.

At The Wilson Vineyard we have many railway "trinkets", a legacy of decades of collecting. We have also collected a wealth of archival material, such as timetables, Weekly Notices, photographs and other reference material.

This archival material is a valuable resource, not only to those involved in serious railway research, but also to researchers dealing with regional history in South Australia.

Gradually this material will appear on this website.

SOUTH AUSTRALIAN RAILWAYS WEEKLY NOTICES

Presently this index includes most years from 1908 to 1973. There is a collection of potted histories' of each year, and the blue icon for each volume opens a list of the historically useful items in that volume.

RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION MAGAZINE
